Exchange Policy

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with what you have purchased from Wardrobe Online Shopping. As such, we make every effort to ensure that products that may not fit, or are defective, can be exchanged. Purpose of the exchange policy is to establish trust and credibility for the long run.

Wardrobe Online Shopping will go the extra mile for you!

* Exchange of items will be revised under the discretion of the management.


Timeframe

Do contact us/ send an email to us at wardrobe@live.com to request for an exchange within 5 days for the exchange of items. The day that we send out the item is counted as Day 1.


Terms and Conditions for exchange

  • For item which we have delivered to you in the correct size and colour and you would like to make an exchange for another size / colour / design, depend solely on availability of the item. There will be no refund of cash.
  • Exchange is only valid for 5 days; counting Day 1 as the day we send your item out.
  • Purchases may be exchanged for similar items of a different size or color, or for another item of a same value.
  • If the item that you want to exchange is of a lower price, there will be no refund of the difference. So, we would usually encourage our customers to choose items that are of the same price.
  • If the item you want to exchange for is of a higher price, you will have to top up the difference in amount. (Payment for the difference in amount will be transferred via bank (ATM or internet banking) to us.)
  • We would also require for items to be in their original condition and packaging. Please retain and present the receipt for the transaction.
  • Promotion items are non-exchangeable.
  • In the event of exchanges made, we regret that courier/postage and handling charges will be borne by the customer. Payment for the charges will be made through bank transfer only.
Exchange Procedure

  1. Send us an email stating the reason of exchange, and item that you wish to exchange for in that email.
  2. Once approved, we will give you an address to mail your item back to. You will have to mail it out within 2 days.
  3. Please ensure that your package includes; i)Your product to be exchanged ii)Original Invoice.
  4. We will contact you as soon as we receive your package, and arrange for a new delivery, or full refund to you.

Privacy & Security

Wardrobe Online Shopping values our customers and respects their privacy. We collect your information for the sole purpose of facilitating the fulfillment of your orders placed, and for updating you on the latest news at Wardrobe Online Shopping. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.


What kind of information does Wardrobe Online Shopping need?

We collect information such as your name, email, postal and delivery address and phone numbers from you when you decide to purchase merchandise from us by email. We save your information with us when you register yourself as a member. Your purchase history will also be kept by us.


What is my personal information used for?

We use your personal information to process your order, send you email confirmations, or contact you by phone, postal mail, or email if we need to further clarify issues pertaining to your order or purchase.

If you have signed up for our email updates, we will then send news updates to you via your personal email address. Should you at any point decide to be removed from our email list, kindly alert us at wardrobe@live.com.
However, we will continue to use your email address to send you order confirmation advices for your purchases.

We process payments in cheques and direct bank transfers.


Cheque

Your products will be sent to you immediately upon receipt of your cheque.

Electronic Bank Transfers

Kindly email us should you choose this mode of payment, and details of our account will be supplied.


How it works:

  • You shop online and confirm your order with us, indicating choice of payment. No actual monetary transaction is made at this point.
  • An email confirming your order will be sent to you.
  • Meanwhile, here at Wardrobe Online Shopping, we work out the exact amount for you, and including postage charges. The invoice will be sent to you.
  • The product will be sent out to you immediately upon confirmation of your payment made.
  • Or if you opt for self-collection, we will inform you about the collection location.

Delivery / Handling / Postage

Local Mail by Singapore Post:

Upon receipt of your payment (either via paypal/electronic bank transfer), we will send off the merchandise to you immediately, which will take no more than 5 working days.

Handling + Postage Cost for Normal Post Charges - $2.00 for 1st item & $0.50 for each subsequent items

Registered postage - An additional $2.24 will be charged (w.e.f 18th December 2006)Postage will be sent to your doorstep,however if nobody is at home,you may contact SingPost to arrange for a second delivery/ or go down to the post office to collect it personally.Your article number will be sent to you upon request and you can check the status of your mailat http://www.singpost.com.sg/

For exchange items - postal charges shall be borned by customer


Courier Delivery:

Should you prefer your products delivered to you even sooner, purchases can be delivered via courier service right to your doorstep to any local address on the same day by 6pm when the item is being sent out. Rates starting from as low as S$ 9.15.


Self Collection:
You may pick up your items from us at Block 8B Boon Tiong Road
Check Street Directory. Kindly furnish us with your contact details so we can contact you to make arrangements for a convenient timing.
There'll be no delivery charge.

Terms & Conditions

1) All goods sold are non-refundable

2) All goods sold are only exchangeable under the discretion of the management within 5 days. We will not be responsible for loss of mail through normal postage when you send the item back. You may send it by registered post.

3) Leggings/stockings, earrings, belts and bags are non-exchangeable.

4) There will be no exchange of items due to wash stains as supplier is not responsible.

5) Buyer should allow within around 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of measurement.

6) Buyer should accept slight colour difference due to different monitor's resolution

7) We are not responsible for loss of items through normal post. If you wish to opt for registered post, kindly reply in our confirmation mail to let us know.

8) All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars.

9) All items will be sent through SingPost

10) We accept payments via bank transfer - Internet/ATM Fund Transfer

11) We will not be responsible for any wear and tear incurred on the item due to their course of daily usage.

12) All information that you provide us with will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.

13) Copyright rule: The graphic and textual content of this site are the property of Wardrobe Online Shopping or its content suppliers.
